Traditionally plov in Uzbekistan is cooked by men. More than a thousand recipes with various ingredients of making plov are known. There are a number of whole books dedicated exceptionally to this dish.
We can mention many kinds of plov according to the region like Tashkent plov, Ferghana plov , Khorezm plov etc. Nevertheless we will make Samarkand plov. You can feel the world famous hospitality of Uzbek people. And of course take part in the process of making plov – the king of the dishes not only in Uzbekistan but also in Central Asia.
