The tour will include two of the following museums: National Archaeological Museum, and National Ethnographic Museum or the Museum of Sofia (it is closed on Mondays). They put on display important pieces of national heritage - pre-historic cultures and peoples, Thracian treasures, Ancient Greek and Roman artifacts, medieval Bulgarian tsardoms, Ottoman rule, nineteenth-twentieth century Bulgaria.
The Communist Bulgaria will be presented via architecture and buildings of modern Sofia. The tour will cover five millennia of historical development of Bulgarian lands.
The tour will end with a lunch or dinner in a restaurant opposite the Russian Orthodox Church dedicated to St Nickolas.
