Juoksengi is a small but lively village on the banks of the beautiful and free flowing River Torniojoki in the Tornio Valley in Sweden. The village passes through the Arctic Circle, which is why it also has been named as Polcirkelby, the Arctic Circle Village. There are about 350 inhabitants.
