This 3-hour walking tour is suited to those who are interested in Jewish history and contemporary Jewish life in Vienna.
Our first stop will be Judenplatz, where Vienna’s very first Jewish community lived and where the Holocaust Memorial has existed since 2000.
After visiting Morzinplatz and the Jewish textile quarter, we’ll make our way to the neighbourhood between Karmelitermarkt and Praterstrasse.
The tour ends at the Sigmund Freud Museum (Berggasse 19), which you can explore on your own after being provided information about Freud and his life in Vienna.
If you wish, we can also visit the ruins of Vienna’s medieval synagogue.
