Boston is a city that sleeps early, so RISE is the perfect fix for night-owls who don't want the night to end. Because of Boston's strict, Puritanical liquor laws, establishments that serve alcohol must close by 2am. RISE, however, doesn't serve, and therefore stays open all night.
