This place has captured the spirit of a writer and journalist Zvonimir Milcec, who first opened this charming place. He passed away only recently, and left behind an unbelievable number of articles and books about Zagreb. Some used to call him the good spirit of the city, and everyone who feels like a Zagreber possesses at least one of his books.
Why you should visit it
It's quite like a small museum, full of books, photos and articles of old. There are a lot of places decorated in a similar manner, popping out every now and then on the streets of Zagreb, but this is the genuine one. It's even more genuine if you know the person who opened it researched Zagreb and shared its story in the most lovable manner.
