Why locals love it
It's one of local favorite mountain lodges on the mount Medvednica above the city of Zagreb. Half-an-hour walk separates you from the nearest road, so unlike most of the lodges, you can't really reach it by car. This is why it's a perfect spot for enjoying a well-deserved meal after a recreational hike.

Why you should visit it
If you decide to take a hike on the mountain Medvednica, this is a very fulfilling destination. Traditional local tastes with a view on the city. Doesn't get any better than that.
Special tip
Order locals' favorite mountain dish: cooked beans with sausages ("grah s kobasicom") or salty cheese with cream ("sir i vrhnje").
