Why locals love it
It's a big park between two neighbourhoods of Novi Zagreb called Trnsko and Siget. It's great for relaxation and recreation. It is equipped with two children playgrounds, one huge playground for dogs and an outdoor gym. It's a family spot during the day, and teenagers and lovers hideout in the nights.
Why you should visit it
It is one of the most beautiful reminders of how development of large residential areas used to be well planned, with sufficient green spots. Its trees have the most romantic origin - the newlyweds of Zagreb were all able to pick their tree of love to be planted in this park.
Special tip
Near the park, check out what's probably the largest residential building in Croatia, popularly called Super Andrija, with more than 300 apartments.
