Delicacies of the North Sea
Until 1893 Place Sainte Catherine was the port of Brussels. The reason why it is well known as the fish and seafood area of the city. In this menu we prepare some delicacies of the North Sea in a refining way.
Living in the center of Brussels between travellers, students and expatriates inspired me to share my passion for cooking. The knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients helped me in refining Belgian recipes and to explain the history/cultural significance of these dishes.
