Too many people in group
Guide seems to be very nice when she introduced herself and tour plan however, the fact that there were about 100 people in the group that gathered caused us to leave the tour

Excellent and informative way to learn about the culture and history of Bucharest. The guide was superbly interesting and convivial when required but retained her solemnity where necessary.

Wrong tour hours in your site
The hour stand on the reservation was 6:00 PM while the tour was on 3:00 PM so we just missed it

Mara was an absolutely wonderful tour guide! She is super knowledgable and friendly, and her love for Bucharest is palpable. Her awesome attitude cultivated a great atmosphere between everyone on the tour which made it even more fun. Not only did we get great history facts, we also got some great food recommendations too :) I'm so glad I chose to do this tour!

Me and another friend had booked a tour a while ago with Stefan, and for some reason he never came without informing us in any way. I tried calling him many times but no one answered back and we lost a lot of time waiting just cause someone couldn't be a responsible adult. Things of course happen, so we'd be fine even with just an e-mail explaining the reason after the fact, which never came.

Carmen, our guide, introduced herself to everyone individually and collectively. She then gave a boad outline of what the tour was about. Carmen is a lovely guide - she was engaging, personable, smiley and very clearly proud of her country, but also prepared to have a laugh at its expence. Carmen's knowledge throughout was excellent and she answered all of the questions asked of her. She also gave useful tips for exploring Bucharest further. The walking tour was at a slow enough pace for even the elderly or disabled could have managed. Yet we saw many of the important sites. Steve Nicholson & Trevor Boyd

What a great tour!
Very informative, entertaining and great way to get to see and hear about parts of Bucharest that you won't find in the guide books. Even though the group was large, the guide had a speaker so he cold be heard at all times. Only criticism we had was we couldn't understand why there was a break of around 15 mins in the tour as we had only really just got going and everyone seemed to be standing around - waiting to continue. But this didn't take anything way from the actual tour. Great that maps were provided too so you could follow where you were. Recommend to anyone that will come to Bucharest.

Great guide and interesting tour
Our guide Monika, was lovely. She told us lots about the city and its history. She took us to the fantastic places, explained their history and value to local people. The tour was interesting, we never got bored and didn't even notice when the time passed and we had to say goodbye. Totally recommend it!

We were a group of 3 of the 8 tour members. We all enjoyed the trip and would recommend it to anyone. It gave us insights into Estonia and Latvia which we otherwise would not get on our weeks visit. The trip was made informative and enjoyable by Chris. It was enhanced by his outstanding command of the English language and sense of humour. He is a credit to your business and hope you appreciate his skills as much as we did.

The tour was cancelled twice. So I have no positive things to say... The third day there was a tour on Saturday at 8am. Who wakes up that early on a Saturday? I was enthusiastic about the greeters, since I know them from other countries, but in Bucharest it's very badly arranged. No personal contact, no clear dates, only too many automatic mails... Bad experience...

I would definitely give this tour 5 stars.
I took the tour on 14th Feb and really enjoyed it. Our guide, Livia, was energetic, bubbly and knowledgable. We visited important sites such as University Square where Livia narrated Romania's recent history. Other cool sites included the 'Palace of the post office', Hanu Lui Manuc and some others. The tour lasted approx 1.5 hours and didn't involve walking more than 3 km in total so it is not physically intensive. I would most definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a quick tour of the old city area.

Walkabout Free Tour in Bucharest was amazing.
It is a good opportunity to find some common and also hidden touristical places, as well as hints where to eat or drink or go out. The guide gave an over-view of the city and history of Romania. She explained the Vlad Tepes story with an intresting way. Our group consisted of people from different countries and ages, so I would recommend the tour everyone to discover the city you're visiting.

The weather was terrible but Adina still managed to provide an interesting tour. It would be good if the tour could take in the people's palace and revolution square, as these are the 2 must see things for foreigners and I had to make my way there afterwards. But apart from that, very good.

We had Rizwan as our guide and he was excellent. The tour covers more than just the main sites and the opportunity to enter dining establishments without feeling the need to order was great. We didn't know how much to tip and so a fixed price may be preferable. However this is a must do on a short break to Bucharest .
