The cuisine at Bittersweet is not only beautiful, but it is also incredibly delicious. Each dish is prepared to look like a work of art and the flavors are inventive and fresh. The produce that the restaurant uses is seasonal so the menu is always changing. The restaurant has a garden where they grow some of their herbs and vegetables.
The food is memorable and the atmosphere is cozy. This is the type of restaurant where you could spend a couple hours having an extended meal with some nice cocktails or wine. It is a modern take on bistro style cuisine and the seasonal flavors are refreshing. They also have a good mixture of vegetarian, pescatarian, and meat dishes.
Do not skip the dessert. The forest floor dessert is amazing. On the Third Thursday of every month they also have a tasting menu with wine for $50.
