Occupying a giant metal milk can in the heart of the Highlands, Little Man Ice Cream is an unmissable icon. In the summer this kitsch establishment scoops up handmade ice cream in fresh waffle cones, root beer floats, hand-mixed, sodas, all the best treats from the 1950's suburban childhood you never had.
Everybody loves ice cream, but in winter when the wheather isn't suited to frozen snacks, Little Man also serves hot soups, zesty chili, fresh baked bread and hot chocolate. Regardless of the season, the sculptural shop always looks cool.
The surrounding neighborhood, the Highlands, is packed with cool boutiques, bars and restaurants, so take your cone for a stroll if the sun's out.
