Why locals love it
Did I already mention that this park is huge? It has everything: meadows to lie and chill on, areas for doggies to play, playgrounds and even an outdoor fitness area with some equipment to train your body. You can walk, jog or bike there all through the park and/or along the river Nidda.

Why you should visit it
If you want to see one of Frankfurts hidden gems, this is the place for you. The park is so huge, you'll need one day to explore all it's corners. Of course it's especially nice in spring and summer, not so much in winter. If you're lucky, you will even see beavers in the river!
