Why locals love it
Szepty (Whispers), as the locals call it, is a great stop for a coffee, cocktail, or beer while enjoying conversations, laughs and gossip with friends. Deceivingly small there is a large back room and a huge upstairs smoking area. Like most places of its type in Kazimierz its open day and night and serves as both a cafe and bar.

Why you should visit it
Kazimierz meets Montmartre, Szepty has a Moulin Rouge feel while still maintaining its own uniqueness. Old photos and paintings of nude ladies on the walls, chandeliers and a huge bell greet you as you walk into this cafe/bar tucked on a side street off of Plac Nowy.
Special tip
If the bar downstairs is overcrowded check out the upstairs bar which is open on weekends.
