Try the dairy stand in the back of the market, where Ms. Halina sells her toothsome cheeses (cow's-, goat's- and sheep's milk, plain or with herbs, fresh and mature) or Mr. Artur's stall with over 200 different herbs and seasonings. Look for traditional Polish flavors, for example bryndza [BRIHND-zah], bunc [BOON-tz], oscypek [os-TZEE-peq] and kiełbasa [qieu-BA-sa].
