Located at the viewpoint, more known as Adamastor (Santa Catarina viewpoint), always full with young people playing guitar or just drinking beers. It has a fantastic terrace with a view over the river and Lisbon rooftops, ideal for a late lunch or an aperitif in the evening. Often there are DJs putting music and sometimes there is live music.

Why you should visit it
Inside, an eclectic environment combining antique furniture: you can read a book or play one of the games; outside, take a look at 25th April bridge. The menu includes salads, tapas, brunch, main dishes, toasts, scones and desserts looking good. There is a space for children to play.
Special tip
The name Noobai means in Creole: we go. If you like sake, try Sakerinhas (kind of caipirinha with sake).
