Description
Be ready to explore the past, sitting on the future! We'll jump on the Sitway and ride along the riverside of the district of Belem.
The Portuguese are know to have been fantastic explorers, so prepare yourself to be one too (although, in a more confortable way!), as we will pass various spots and monuments related to the legendary Age of Discoveries, some of them built back in those days like the Tower of Belem and Jerónimos Monastery. At one end of the district, where the Tejo meets the sea, be ready to discover one of the best least-know sightseeing spots in Lisbon, right next to a state-of-the-art research center. Finally we will cover the museum side of the path, with some of the best and most unique in the city.
