Why locals love it

It's quirky and fresh. It's always full of surprises. It covers a wide range from hosting jazz concerts into abstract electronic music events - and occasionally showing "misunderstood" movies. It's heavily inhabited by hipsters, but of the super-friendly sort.

Why you should visit it

There is always something going on. Rarely a dull moment. The bartenders are nice and the music is interesting, but sometimes even challenging. If you want your basic party music, then you better look somewhere else - as this place offers a bit more alternative options.

Special tip

Embrace the weirdness and don't be asking the DJs to play the latest hit by Taylor Swift - they won't!

Húrra has a really varied schedule and has something going on every week and weekend. I have been to a movie night, concerts, stand-ups and a jazz hangout. The place is open until 5 at night both Friday and Saturday, so usually people end up there when other places close at 3 o'clock.
