Usually tourists would take the taxi or funicular to get from Sololaki district to Mtatsmind mountain. But you can also walk this route, with some beautiful panoramas and the Mtatsminda Pantheon cemetery on the way.

Why you should visit it
If you want to enjoy a nice walk it´s the perfect route. It is a bit challenging, when going up to Mtatsminda, but it´s super easy if you walk down. The route takes about 40 minutes and you have several options to stop on the way.
Special tip
Visit the Historical Cemetery at the Pantheon on the way and take a detour to the view platform in the middle of the route.
