Riffer is an underground bar with live music every Friday and Sunday. This is the place where you know that some drunken man won't ruin your evening as the bar is mostly open for frequent costumers and their friends, thou this restriction doesn't apply to foreigners! It's listed in one of few places in Tbilisi where you can have Karaoke Party.

Why you should visit it
The bar is often visited by the board of National Hiking Federation of Georgia, so you may meet hikers, travelers and plan your trip with them. Here you've got Georgian beverages: chacha, absinthe, etc. and a big choice of pub food. Riffer is a great place for meeting interesting and open-minded people in a friendly, non-official atmosphere.
Special tip
The place is kind of tricky to find. Enter the arch at number 28 and then enter a door on your left in the yard, then just take stairs down
