Several shopping streets (Pekini str., Aghmashenebeli ave.), several trade centers at Rustaveli ave. and Chavchavadze ave, Karvasla trade center near the Central Station are major point for buying clothes and accessories.
There are also three big shopping malls with international and Georgian brands - the Galleria at Freedom square, East point on the highway to the airport and Tbilisi Mall on the outskirts of the city.
Prices for the souvenirs are almost the same everywhere (still if your budget is limited, it's better to buy them on Leselidze/Kote Afkhazi street: in the district of sulfur baths or at Rustaveli avenue they are a bit more expensive). The best and most authentic place though is Dry Bridge, which is at the bridge crossing the river from 9th April Park. Don't hesitate to bargain, at least 10 - 20% should be possible.
Wine shops are all around the city. If you want to taste some, come by. Otherwise you can also buy popular brands like Teliani Valley, Marani, Mirzaani etc. in the supermarkets (Carrefour, Smart, Goodwill, Nikora, Fresco).
