You might notice this building on the skyline of Tbilisi, when looking from Narikala fort - the sand color building of a very interesting shape. This is the Palace of Rituals, a festive wedding hall, that was built in Soviet times, became a private territory in the 90s and is now a private festive hall.
Though built in the 1980s it looks like a perfect mix of Art Noveau, Brutalism and Bionic architecture. The striking building surprisingly resembles Protestant churches and has drawn attention of many international architects.
Unfortunately, the Palace is not open to public, since it´s a private venue.
