The class was really nice, in a small group (9 people) with a really friendly "teacher", Julia.
We only regretted that we had breakfast just before the class started, because we didn't know that we could eat sooo many nice things since the very beginning.
We cooked polish pancakes and pierogi and could taste other different polish food and drinks.

Fantastic
The class was so well done with a wonderful set up and ready to go. Also enjoyed the time To not only eat what we had cooked but other dishes as well. I am sorry I cannot rember our chef bit she was awesom. Engaging and willing to share personal stories.
Most enjoyable activity
We thoroughly enjoyed the class with Julia. While we have a way to go to master some of the ways to fold a pierogi, we learned lots and will certainly try cooking them when we get back to Australia. We'll also be cooking the apple pikelets.
The class was the right size with a good mix of people.
We recommend you take the opportunity to do the vodka sampling with your cooking. It's a great way to sample and learn about the flavours.
