Fantastic (but pricey) pizza with HQ toppings. Yes, you can order the dough to be completely wheat-free (spelt/buckwheat) or go completely gluten-free. The spelt pizza was very satisfying and good! Definitely try their spelt chocolate cake...similar to "death by chocolate"
