Stone age Haute Cuisine

Sauvage

Why locals love it

You thought Berlin was a modern city? Think again. Sauvage is proud to be the first Paleolithic restaurant in the whole world. Its unique Prehistoric Kitchen concept works exclusively with natural, unprocessed foods. Every kind of processed ingredients from agriculture and domestication is excluded.

Why you should visit it

Grains, sugar, dairy products - none of this is part of a cavemen´s diet and therefore not part of the menu. It didn´t spoil their evolution though and there´s a reason to it: Paleo food is very healthy and very tasty at the same time! Prices are upscale and it is recommendable to book in advance.

Special tip

Of course there were no electric lights in the stone age so the lighting consist only of candles.
