Pierogi Cooking Class in Krakow
This hands-on cooking class takes place at a local’s home in the heart of Krakow. You’ll shop for ingredients at a local market, learn how to make pierogi, taste different flavours of Polish vodka and get a unique insight into Polish culture and cuisine.
- Learn how to make two types of pierogi
- Shop for ingredients at a local market
- Get a unique insight into Polish culture and cuisine
- Taste different flavours of Polish vodka
We’d like to invite you to our kitchen in the heart of Krakow to make pierogi together. We’ll share cooking secrets and tricks that our grandmothers taught us. Sound good? If so, this is how our pierogi class works.
We’ll meet you by the Central Market and give you a shopping list with all of the ingredients written in Polish. We’ll then head to the market to buy everything we need. You’ll be encouraged to do the shopping in Polish (with our assistance, of course!)
After buying everything on the list, we’ll head to our kitchen. You’ll get a general introduction to Polish cuisine and then we’ll begin cooking. We’ll prepare two types of pierogi: ruskie (potato and cheese) and another with a sweet filling.
No cooking skills or experience are required. Just bring your passion, cook with us and enjoy the atmosphere of a Polish home!
We keep our group sizes small to provide a more personalised experience. Please send us a message if you're a bigger group.
