Description

We begin by strolling through the Fado neighbourhood of Mouraria which is now considered one of the hippest places in Lisbon. You will learn about its rich culture, diversity, and history. Mouraria is one of the few places left where you can still feel the Portuguese spirit in Lisbon.

This walking excursion will take around one hour and after going up and down some hills you’ll be ready for a delicious meal! We will sit down for a plate of tapas including cheese, ham, tuna and anchovies.

You’ll then get to witness a live Fado performance in a hidden bar where the music is authentic – sung by locals from the neighbourhood.

Note: Please wear comfortable walking shoes so you can cope with the many hills of Lisbon. Also, please stay quiet during the performance to show your respect to our culture. This tour is limited to a maximum of 5 people.
