Borjomi is known for its mineral water, and numerous springs can be found in Borjomi Central Park. The water from the well here is several times more potent than the Borjomi water sold in shops.
Being very popular in Soviet times, Borjomi also features many hotels. Above the centre of the town there’s a plateau with a Ferris wheel and more hotels, offering a great view of the region and the mountains.
Located nearby is the Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park – the largest national park in Georgia and a popular hiking destination.
Our final stop will be the Temple of Saint Seraphim of Sarov, situated in the Borjomi forest.
